At Luminox, we stand by the precision and durability of our Swiss-made timepieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch, original box, manual, and warranty card inside a secure shipping carton to ensure the timepiece is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the watch's condition, we will process your full refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
